I've been doing my nails with Chi for years. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. If you're going in as a walk-in expect to wait (it's common sense) Chi is a kind and hard working lady. Today on the day of her birthday she was receiving calls, as most of us do & I told her to feel free to answer them as she worked on my nails. She's been doing this for years so I'm sure she can do this with her eyes closed. Lol And of course as always, she did a great job.

Everyone was so nice which makes it hard to say I don’t like my nails. The gel pedicure was amazing. 10/10. But the acrylic was not the best. I showed her a color that was no where near this color and I even said that it was too bright and she confused to say she’ll only do one coat. I had to ask her to clean my cuticles and resulted the majority of my fingers bleeding or looking worse than before.. the shape of the nail aren’t matching and they’re very chunky. The eyebrow waxing was very very rushed and when I got home I realized how much she really missed and didn’t clean. The pedicure like I said was great. It was clean and relaxing. I love coming to Chi's. She's a great communicator and provides great customer service. This is the go to spot for a quick cute well done mani pedi gel. They keep it simple, they have multiple gel colors to choose from. Their prices are average (40) for gel.I have yet to get anything else but I'm always satisfied with my experience here each time. I've had two different roomies that made this their go to spot that introduced Chi and her staff to me.Thank you for always being so accommodating Chi!-Your friendly neighbor :)
