Our air conditioning was not working in July. HG Services was very responsive and repaired everything the very next day. (They would have come same day if we were willing to pay the after hours rate.) We were only charged the minimum service call,because the technician had the unit up and running quickly. All along the way HG Services were very good communicators.

Cole was knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. We talked to a few different HVAC company representatives, with mixed feelings, but Cole gave us clarification and confidence to make informed decisions about new system purchases.

We struggled with hydronic heater problems in our condo. HG Home services were very professional and smooth to work with. They do a phenomenal job with communication and team work. Cole and his team took care of us and their administration is top notch at keeping us informed and updated. We got our heater replaced and we appreciate working with such a trustworthy and skilled company. We look forward to using them in the future when needing home services.
