Just wanted to add a review for Action Appliance. They were recommended by our local appliance shop to install a new fridge that we bought earlier this year after our old one died. Initially we were scheduled out a couple of weeks, but they were willing to call us back as cancellations popped up and they were eventually able to get us in a few days earlier, which was much appreciated. On install day, they did a fantastic job of taking out the old fridge and putting in the new one - both guys worked as a team and were careful about getting the fridge in properly and aligned with the existing cabinet and flooring. Michael called the morning of my dishwasher installation to give me an estimated time or arrival, very polite and professional. He called again when he was on his way. Arrived on time. Introduced himself, gave a preliminary estimate. He found a couple of problems, explained everything, showed me defective parts, gave an estimate. Installed and fixed problems in a timely manner. Gave me final estimate, had me check his work. This technician was the best. Polite, professional, explained everything before he did it. He was the best ever. I will definitely use this company again. Thank you.

I was really in a bind when the Home Depot Installation guys walked off the job. Yes, I PAID for the install! Anyway, to complicate things, our brand new dishwasher had a cord that was TOO short and could not be plugged in. Perry called through the referral program HD has, and I'm glad he did. He was here the next morning and worked diligently to get the job done! Even going above and beyond to make a happy customer. In the end, that I am! A happy customer who appreciates great service!
