He did a great job repairing our old dishwasher. It was a bit pricy, but I don't know how much of that went to parts (it wasn't broken out in the invoice).
Also, the warranty of the work was a bit unclear. When I asked, I was told the parts were warrantied for one year and the labor for 21 days, though the invoice mentions nothing about the parts warranty -- only the warranty for labor.
EDIT: One of the replacement parts was defective, so they came back out at no cost to diagnose and replace it.

Vincent was very prompt and fixed my washer the same day...can't even begin to tell you how valuable the service was since we have a young child and busy household. Washer was diagnosed and repaired same day for a reasonable cost. 10/10 would recommend

Vincent and his assistant Sergei took on a difficult job of installing a stove top and a downdraft fan that posed some challenges of fitting into an existing counter space. An installer sent by the dealer failed at this task but they were careful and creative in finding solutions. We appreciated the attention to detail and their hard work - and the result was fabulous. Not least, the price was reasonable and both of them were easy and pleasant to work with. No hesitation in recommending their services.
