The electrician came out to give a free estimate of installing a Tesla wall charger outside of my home and provided different ways of handling the project. He advised that the best option is to go with whatever is most convenient and cost effective for me as he said he can do it all as long as it is what the customer wants. So I decided which option would work best for me and he was able to get in an time slot the next day and provided the estimate via email for me to sign. This company were on point every step of the way starting with good communication so you were not left wondering what was going on. They turned up on time, did exactly what they said they were going to do. There were no hidden extras and they left the job clean. The specialist from this company was proactive with support ensuring we knew how to use the app to monitor the system. Great communication in lead up to appointment. Very punctual and efficient so I was not late for work. Polite technician, introducing themself and keeping me informed on what they were doing and timeframes. Best trade service we have had in Darwin I reckon.
