My water heater pilot went out while we had construction done on our home. I googled and read the manual on how to restart it. Tried so many times. You tube videos...you name it, I looked it up.Min came over and solved the problem in two seconds...something that the videos didn't tell you to do.So sorry for troubling you Min! But thank you to Adeedo and Min for being so kind and accomodating to us in this simple solution.And thank you to Ben too, for always being available to run problems by, and recommending what solutions can be offered!
I called in today (10-11-23) to schedule a service In response to a promotion that was in my email from Adeedo. From the very first phone greeting to the time when we hung up, my representative Breanna Martinez was knowledgeables. She demonstrated professional demeanor along with a service-oriented attitude that was courteous and enthusiastic. The experience was warm yet professional and she was gracious and accommodating the date and time I preferred. She also informed me about Adeedo's convenient Service Plan which was good to know. I give Brianna five stars! I told her: "Customer service work is very important to the customer, so keep going!."
Min was knowledgeable and provided solutions to our water tank problem. He replaced the necessary parts and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done properly. He was kind, respectful and even made sure to water the plants with the water being released from the water heater tank. Will definitely make Adeedo my go-to for plumbing services and maintenance.
