The PT Team did a wonderful job. I want to personally commend Jordan, Reggie, Sunny, Nathan, Sarah, Terry, Montana, and rest of the department. I would highly recommend these PT people to anyone. They have helped me so much, I could not even walk, and now I'm using stairs, and walking, getting in and out of bed. These people are awesome, and I would highly recommend anyone to Palm Terrace convalescent care. Thank so much to everyone for all their help, and kindness, and compassion. Wonderful people.

I can’t say enough good things about Palm Terrace Rehabilitation Center. The care and compassion they showed my mother during her stay were truly exceptional. From the moment she was admitted, the staff made us feel welcome and reassured. The nurses, aides, and therapists were not only highly professional but also genuinely kind and attentive.
They took the time to get to know my mom, understand her needs, and made sure she was comfortable and supported every step of the way. The rehabilitation team was amazing—they helped her regain strength and confidence at a pace that worked for her, always encouraging and positive.

I was required to spend 3 weeks at Palm Terrace for medical reasons. I found the facility excellent. It is light and bright, and spotlessly clean, and it is odor free. It is well staffed, and the staff was not only friendly but caring, and incredibly helpful regardless of the situation. This was true both with me and other patients who I observed. Additionally, it was clear that the organization cared about the patient’s medical condition, monitoring it closely. The meals were usually acceptable or better, and they were quite willing to modify a meal at the patient’s request.
