I used the same carpet cleaning company for years but was unhappy with the last job that they did. I saw the Yelp reviews for Beacon Carpet Cleaning and gave them a try. I was impressed with the way they estimated the job. Ken came to my house and measured the specific areas I wanted cleaned and not by number of bedrooms or living spaces. Scheduling was a breeze thanks to Norma. I had an 8-9am appointment window and Allen showed up right at 8am. Allen was courteous and professional and did a great job on my carpets, a rug and couch. The five star reviews are legit for this company and I will only use them in the future!

WOW!! Thanks to Hemphill carpets in Costa Mesa, the owner, Brett referred me to Beacon. I have used a competitor cleaning service for years but my sizedable coffee stain was too much for them, they could not rid the stain. Beacon is a miracle working company. Dave started out ensuring he covered all my carpet with a canvas runner going up to our second story where the scary stain was in our master bedroom. He asked details about the coffee stain, knew details about our carpet and went to work. I am astonished. The stain has been elimated.
