Yes tech Jose came on time n check everything n gave a 3 option n we choose middle to solve our over condensation issue of water leaking to ceiling n carpet. He did the best needed solution in timely manner . He will still come n finish some more needed part to protect the system . Thanks we do recommending the NEXGEN thru Home depot .

Technician Ray was very perfessonal and did excellent work. Offered other options to improve our system. We have been with NexGen for years and we are very happy with their work
