My journey with Ashley began well into my third trimester. I had gone to my healthcare provider for an injury unrelated to my pregnancy and long story short received little to zero support or relief. Very frustrated by my experience I called Ashley after finding her online and she was able to get me in that same day. Much to my surprise, I went home feeling like I could breathe again without the sharp pain in my shoulder. She is a qualified professional who knows what a woman's body is going through in all stages of pregnancy and postpartum. Ashley came to our home as a postpartum doula and provided incredible support and resources. The first time she came, we had just come home from the hospital the night before with our new little bundle - we had not slept and felt so overwhelmed. She helped us with everything we needed - she found a lactation consultant to come that morning, showed us how to use our baby carrier, made us a homemade and healthy lunch, and made us feel like everything was going to be OK! I just received a massage from Ashley and it was the best massage I've ever had! The only regret is that I didn't find her earlier in my pregnancy. I'm at the end of my pregnancy and I contacted her in hopes to get a last minute massage to help encourage baby to make her entrance. Ashley went above and beyond to fit me into her schedule quickly and is very warm and welcoming. She really helped me relax and enjoy through all my discomfort. She talked me through some things I can do at home and pressure points to focus on. If you are on the fence about prenatal massages, just contact Ashley and I promise you won't regret it!
