“What a wonderful warm well run Vets animal hospital & clinic. VCA Madera Pet Hospital. I brought my pure white cat with pink ears ready to hear he had a cancerous growth on his ear. After Dr Kim Robertson did a very thorough exam of "Mr Bunny" we left with written, verbal and demonstration of how to care for "Mr Bunny's " boo boo (bruise) ! Dr Robertson gave an extremely thorough exam, washed out both ears and gave me ear drops to do at home. She also educated me on a new injection to ease feline arthritis. Good to know. I feel bad not remembering all the assistances names. All were extremely helpful. It is a very busy place but all did their jobs to make it run so smoothly. I even was told about a first appt. coupon and shown how to download. I am extremely pleased with the care ! Thank you so much !“

“My older dog had many teeth removed from Dr. Franck's office. This is the first time I had ever been there. The veterinarian I've seen previously I'd say is "OK". I wanted something more than OK for removing 15 plus teeth from a 11 year old dog. I was very pleased with their office. They were very caring, attentive to him, made sure I understood the medication afterwards, etc. I will make them my regular vet from now on.“

“This practice is very close to our home. Dr. Ruppel is a good veterinary specialist, knowledgeable and confident during our first visit. However, our small dog needs Chem (11) CBC lab tests every two months. After the first exam and back home, we received estimates for an ultrasound and lab tests but nothing for the important Chem (11) CBC. After three weeks, February 13, 2025, we called and requested an estimate for the Chem (11) CBC. A staffer replied that she will leave a note for Dr. Ruppel's department and that someone will get back to us. As of today, March 14, we have not received an answer. On March 2, we faxed a written request. As of today, we have not received an answer. It appears unlikely that we will receive an answer.“

“Brought my new scared rescue pup in for treatment and the staff are all very sweet and patient with her and me! Bright new office with lots of space to even sit in a little semi private alcove if you need a little extra distance. Parking can be a little tricky, but I found I can park in the United grocery parking lot and it’s a short easy walk inside to the vet. No worries!“
