I have been coming to this Pia location since it opened in 2019. Takashi is the only one I trust with Japanese hair straightening. Regardless of where I live in the world (I work overseas), I always make it a point to visit Takashi at least once a year for cut, color, and straightening. Their prices are very reasonable, and the quality of their service and product is unparalleled. I highly recommend them!

Takashi is a great listener and understood my goal to soften an 'A line' haircut and remove layers (over several haircuts to come.) He is incredibly talented, precise and disciplined. A great communicator. I'm thrilled with my haircut.

I've been here multiple times. The quality is great and comparable to salons in Japan. The price is reasonable and worth it. The stylists (I've tried 3) all know how to cut Asian hair well. The shampoo feels good too. Plus they have given me advice on how to take care of my hair. Also, I like that the stylists don't force small talk so I can relax in peace!The salon itself is spacious and stylish. I like that it's not cramped or loud. Lastly, I like the convenient online booking system. However, usually you have to book weeks in advance.
