I've only been to the location twice since being in California, but I truly appreciate that the time I have gone, my appointment time is met. Quickest way to lose business is having someone wait pass their appointment time but then get upset when they show up late. Aaron has been great, good conversation, great cuts, and take into consideration of how you want your hair cut and gives pointers of what would look good. He is the type of barber I've been looking for; he can cut hair AND talk to other people at the same time. Vibes. This Salon and Barbershop was a great experience. I was recommended by a friend of a friend. Very welcoming professional funny full of talent and all around good vibes. I went in to see Alexis to get my hair braided, she is talented. Alexis does the best wash, conditioning treatment that I have had in a long time, she is also very detailed and organized. I was relaxed, she took her time, I did not feel like my service was rushed. I was able to book online, and she communicated throughout my appointment. I'd recommend her for hair braiding.

My first haircut from this place wasn't a great experience. The barber complained that I was taking up his lunch time and rushed to get things done. He also made a big fuss when I asked him to fade my beard out more. He also told me some whack stuff about why I didn’t cut my hair for a long time and because of this he couldn’t tell how I wanted my hair cut. Decent job, but horrible attitude. However, after I complained to the owner, Junie, he made it right and made sure my haircut needs were taken care of. The owner of this establishment is a gentleman and I really appreciated the way he took care of me after a bad experience. Respect.Services: Haircut
