I used to be an avid AL customer for years, about 5-6 years ago, until I had moved, switched jobs, etc. so I was unfortunately unable to upkeep my lashes, and decided to let them breathe for a bit while I got settled. I have been meaning to schedule an appt for awhile now, seeing that my new home-store is just walking distance from my home, if I could only find the time! Low and behold I received a promo text, asking for models to be apart of a new product launch specifically geared toward clients with sensitivity. One thing I respect - businesses that show empathy. I had an emergency today and I had to do a same day cancellation/reschedule. Typically places charge you a fee for that, but instead of charging me the 100% price fee for my reschedule they empathized with my situation and did a 1 time only wave of the fee. I don't expect them/ any business to do this always, because their professional's time is valuable. But I truly appreciate Melissa and Ashley waiving this fee as a 1 time only thing due to my emergency. Much respect
