I really appreciate Lee's instructional nature and the time he takes to be sure everyone is well informed on the exercise they are to be performing. I've learned so much in the short time I've been working out there.

I appreciate this gym very much, it is worth the membership investment. The staff is friendly and bright, they are always cleaning to maintain the gym weights racked up subsequently,, keeping the gym floor clean to maneuver through.

Absolutely recommend this place. Excellent classes and the vibe and concern for everything about your whole being unmatched. It is affordable and motivating. Give it a shot. I took a little break and am getting ready to go back. Totally recommend.
