This dealership is arguably one of the worst one I have ever been for the past 6 new cars that I have purchased throughout the years. The first communication was quick and responsive when you placed the request on a third party website; but then the whole thing went downhill from there. The rep I worked with, Greg H., sent me a quote, went over the numbers on the phone with me (which is a nice thing to do). We agreed on the final number as I verbalized clearly that I don't want to waste mine or his time. We set on an appointment at the end of the week as we live further away and I was out of town that week. Throughout the week I got bombarded with messages and phone calls from the same dealership about the appointment with them. When I called or messaged back, no answers. They apparently don't talk among themselves and the competition between these sale teams is crazy. Don't know if any jeopardy game is ongoing! Fast forward, we kept our weekend appointment. I even brought a 2nd driver in case we got the car after the appointment so the dealership did not have to take care of the delivery for me, which other dealerships provided to the customers free of charge. When it came to talking about the numbers after the test drive, the total price went up by 12%. Of course our quote went out of the window. When we asked about the break down numbers so we can see our options, we did not even have a greeting from their finance person. The message from him to the rep was: "well, he could not do it". To save our time, we just end the appointment there. The total appointment took 30 mins including the test drive. It took us about 4.5 hours driving to the dealership and back. So, save yourselves some trouble and just take your business somewhere else. I would give 1 star but thank you Greg to not dragging the appt longer than it should.

I recently bought a new 2025 Jeep Compass from this dealership, working with Ron and Mike on the sales floor and Jacob in the finance department. Test driving the vehicle went well, and the administrative & finance process went smoothly. The only real negative aspect of the experience was negotiating on the dealer "options." I had read through these Yelp reviews before visiting, so I was aware that the KARR security system billed as a "dealer option" was actually NOT optional. Of course, my awareness of that deception doesn't totally negate it--it's still a dishonest business practice that was annoying and uncomfortable to deal with. However, Mike eventually got me an out-the-door price that I was comfortable with, which is why I was OK leaving the KARR system installed on my vehicle. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. I would recommend this dealership, as long as you are aware of the dealer options situation I described.
