“Normally I book facials here for my loved ones, my mother in law and sister in law live close to this shop and they love Cheri! I've had a facial with her too and it's been phenomenal, very calming, relaxing and exactly what I need for a day of relaxation. Just yesterday I was looking to book a facial and saw that a massage has been added to their menu so I went ahead and requested an hour. They got back to me via text within 24 hours and Abigail set me up for a 1 hour massage. My neck and shoulders had been bothering me for a few days and I felt a soreness almost bruise like pain on one side of my neck. By the time I walked out of the massage, the pain was completely gone! I booked my next appt for 4 weeks because I know Abigail will start getting booked up soon once people find out about her services at Pure Esthetics, she allowed me to relax fully, didn't talk through the massage only what was needed to check pressure.. by far the best massage I've had in a long time!“

I felt like she offered me treatments that suited me without trying to upsell me on something that didn't treat the root issue. I'll be back for sure. I only took off one star because I had an appointment but still had to wait over 20 minutes. I wish I could have just been called and I would have grabbed a coffee on the way instead of waiting.
