The staff and vets are so kind, knowledgeable, and understanding with my dogs! They give my reactive boy extra grace during his appointments (as long as he's muzzled, obviously) which has helped him get much needed vet care. They're also very responsive via phone, which has helped on multiple occasions.

We started with Lacey Animal hospital exactly 10 years ago. We adopted our first dog from Kings SPCA and chose Lacey Animal Hospital as the vet for our sweet boy. They saved him from parvo soon after we adopted him. We have adopted two dogs since then and all of them go to Lacey. Unfortunately we had to put our sweet boy, Gage down on March 1. It was very unexpected and we were shocked and distraught. I cannot praise them enough for how well they handled everything. They let us know the urgency to say goodbye before he coded out on us but they still gave us a few minutes on our own to say goodbye and hug and kiss him on him before euthanizing. I have this 10 lb Chuhuahua/Terrier mix of some sort that my Daughter rescued from a dumpster when he was a tiny puppy. Years later, he's a father of nine, including a litter of three from his own daughter. I knew it was time to get him fixed, quickly haha. I called Lacey Animal Hospital and explained the situation to the lady. She asked if his shots are up to date. I said, no, he's never been inside a vet before. She said, he needs to get caught up on his shots first. I said, OK, how much are we looking at, for everything, shots and alteration? She said It should be around $300. I asked, that's for everything? She said, yes. I said, good, lets get started.... read full review
