I had a fantastic experience with Hines Family Leak Detection! The roofing installation was done quickly and the end result is stunning. Their team was always on time, polite, and very friendly. Lawrence was great at answering my questions and put in a lot of effort to ensure I was completely happy with everything. He even recommended some affordable upgrades for my roof that will help reduce my utility bills in the long run, like a solar attic fan. I also opted to have gutters added to my home and chose them for that work as well. Everything looks amazing! I can’t praise them enough!

About a year ago, I had Hines Family Leak Detection come out to assess my roof as it had developed some leaks. Sean provided me with three options for different materials: Vista, Legacy, and metal. We initially decided on Legacy, but after the installation, I noticed they used Vista instead. Both options had the same warranty, so I wasn't too worried. I informed Sean about this, and he quickly updated the invoice to show Vista without any issues. Now, almost a year later, the roof is performing great, and I'm really pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend them.

great: the pricing for the roofing work was fair, and the copper flashing around the chimney looks fantastic. the roof is in excellent shape, and there are no leaks. good: the crew was decent and provided timely service. they added some trim over the fascia, and even though they didn't have any on hand, i quickly supplied it. they accepted payment after completing the service, which was convenient. positive notes: they re-installed my tv antenna at a slight angle, and while i had to adjust it afterward, it turned out fine. they also took care of the microwave vent pipe after i mentioned it, ensuring it was properly covered. although there was a minor ding on my window... read full review
