I went here despite the other reviews because I work in this mall, and I'm glad I did! Lisa was amazing and shaped my nails perfectly - many nail techs can't seem to file nails oval no matter how much you ask or show pics, but she was perfect. As long as she continues to do that for me, I will stop trying to find a place in Santa Monica where I live.
I love both of the Jackies that work here! Both are very skilled and sweet. I love getting my nails done here. I have never left unhappy. They do their absolute best to make sure your shape and color are exactly what you asked for.
They are great here!! Jackie always does such an amazing job with my nails. She takes her time and is so detail oriented. I'm moving in a week and I'm so sad to have to find a new nail tech! I'm going to miss everyone at Nail & Hair Bar. My nails have never looked better! And they have margaritas! Can't beat that lol!
