My review is based on the hairstylist, Syuzi. She is AMAZING. She cut my hair and did a keratin treatment. I decided to randomly cut my hair after FOUR years. Went on a complete whim even though I was petrified (I’ve had bad experiences). I am so happy I was blessed Syuzi. I called at around 5pm and the receptionist was kind enough to squeeze me in, with Syuzi’s acceptance. She stayed late to finish my hair and was kind the entire time. Very gentle, and the results are outstanding. I seriously can’t say it enough, I love it. I would definitely go back to Syuzi. Highly recommend!!! She’s got a loyal customer in me now. Thank you Syuzi! ?❤️
