I have been very busy since I moved away from California which is why I had to delay this review for a couple months.I sold a town house with Vi, and had the most positive experience with her and her coworkers in every aspect.I had a very tight schedule to move and had to sell the house quickly.Vi came to visit us as soon as we reached out to her. She came prepared with a powerpoint full of information to assure us the processes and explained everything to us. She scheduled everything for us and updated us weekly with feedbacks. I worked with Phoebe Nguyen and her team in securing a two bed two bath condo in Fountain Valley. Phoebe is very diligent and goes the extra mile to accommodate my concerns and request. Her team is also available for questions on the administrative side and is very responsive. Phoebe was able to get me the condo at the price I wanted and helped me with the loan process to secure a loan rate. She’s very professional, efficient, and knows the market well.
