I would like to bring my mother here for the day but she does NOT have memory loss like I am reading about here. She needs to connect with other women! Can I get some input about this, please?
The Memory Spa provides a fantastic service to families in need of special care and attention for their loved one with memory issues. It provides a wonderful spa treatment for guests, and for families struggling to care for the person in their life with Dementia, it gives an insight to providing care that is intertwined with love. Definitely would recommend, whether or not you're ready to consider a community environment, this is a great step to take!
I was so happy when we found The Memory Spa! My mother in law was a very active person and with her increased memory issues was not able to get out and be active or social. She needed care during the day. The staff here made her feel special, they painted her nails, danced and exercised with her and gave her a little feeling of independence. She always looked forward to going. Highly recommend this program!
