    My home warranty service assigned our service call to IQS on a Sunday and we were contacted by 8:15 am Monday, with an offer to have a technician visit the same day. Angel arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem and said parts would need to be ordered. I was contacted the next day (Tuesday) and asked if they could return to install the parts today (Wednesday). A different technician, Rick, arrived this afternoon, replaced the faulty parts and placed the system back in service. Both Angel and Rick were courteous, efficient and respectful of our home.     My home warranty sent my service request to Indoor Quality Services. They came out the day after my request. Angel found the issue, and a replacement part was installed after my home warranty approved the repair. The process took a week, which included the weekend. I'm very satisfied with the whole experience and highly recommend this company.

    My technician Angel was very polite, knowledgeable, and really helpful. He took the time to figure out my thermostat problems and gave me some insightful recommendations. He went above the work that was needed and helped me get a new one set up, I am very grateful to him.
