Upper Cuts - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

I didn't have an appointment but was able to get serviced. I haven't had a really good cut in a long time and I received a lot of compliments! I'm glad I found my new Hair Salon.

I've been going to Upper Cuts for the past 15+ years... They have been absolutely amazing (Len in particular).They are officially open during this Pandemic so please pay them a visit :) 10/10 haircuts for a great price point. #HelpSmallBusinesses

I went there to do the permanent straight hair, but wasn't come out well. So I went back to fix it. But when I try to tell the lady about my concerns, she just yelling, and stopped me to talk. And she also said she doesn't want to argue with me. But, I wasn't raise my voice and wasn't arguing with her! I just try to communicate with her, let her know that my hair isn't on the good shape. The lady also said, she couldn't see anywhere isn't straight. Then I ask her to call the owner, so we can have the 3rd person to check.
