Oscar came to diagnose my dishwasher, which was leaking water onto the floor. Because of this, my wooden floor was damaged and started swelling. Oscar quickly found the cause and explained that the gasket needed to be replaced. He immediately went to his truck, brought a new gasket, installed it, and tested the dishwasher to make sure there were no more leaks. He also showed me a video of where exactly the water had been dripping from. Everything was fixed, and now the dishwasher works perfectly without any leaks.
