We love the care we get there. However, it would be nice if we could get any medications direct or same day. It took almost a week to get meds for our cat through Chewy and my cat is already fine now after I've paid for meds he doesn ;t need,
Took my husky shepherd dog to get her updated after relocating to the area. The staff was great, helpful, and professional from setting appt to examining my girl. They also were considerate of how anxious or uncooperative my dog was being handled by new people in a new place by not causing her greater stress. Vet and everyone that I encountered there took the time to answer my questions and scheduling appts was fast and easy.
Wow ...amazing staff and wonderful service!!
We are new cat parents and the staff took their time to explain recommendations for care, suggestions for food, next steps for vax and other wellness ...and all with a patient and caring approach!! Wonderful in every way.
