I have been using The Waxx Witch for many years. Melaina is very professional, has good prices and has always been good about being flexible with my schedule. She is very good at what she does and always makes sure I'm happy with the service before I leave. The location could not be more centrally located and parking is never a problem. I highly recommend over the chain wax services.

I spent an hour this morning trying to decide which salon to choose in Elk Grove. After reading reviews I decided on Scarlett Spa, with the added bonus of it being close to home. I called for a same day appointment as I had a major hair emergency and I was able to get a same day appointment with Tabitha. She did a great job, very detail minded and took the time to give great service. She didn't have much to work with on me, but she delivered and I'm thankful. This review is long over due. I recommend Katie for balayage! She did so great w my touch up that I brought in my daughter shortly after. Katie is a such a sweet heart and a pleasure to conversate with! Overall me and my daughter have had a fabulous experience with her. I've recommended Katie to all my friends and fam!
