I originally started to explore Reiki as a means to address my physical challenges as I grew older. I decided to try it as an alternative to physical therapy and chiropractic work which had not been successful. I thought I would try one session to see what it was like. It is completely unique and quite profound, and I will not be able to adequately communicate what I experienced and the benefits gained through this exploration. Nieves is a true healer, and Reiki is a treatment to the total mind, body and spirit. I left the first session feeling more relaxed than I had in years, and the following week was quite revealing in terms of personal growth and understanding based on something that Nieves had said after the session. There is a saying that when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. If you have an underlying physical, mental or emotional issue that you seek relief for, I highly recommend opening your mind to trying this energy healing approach.

Last summer I had the honor to work with Nieves at Amai Welness Massage located in downtown Davis, CA. At the time I was on the cusp of a lot of change after surviving a house fire, breaking up with a partner, and attempting to get a full time job and new place to live. I received the Reiki Chakra balancing with Crystals and it was life changing in the most positive transformational way. The treatment was a deeply beautiful and emotional experience. I felt safe, at ease and comfortable throughout the experience. Even when heavy feelings came up during the alignment I felt safe in that space. I felt light as a feather after the treatment. It was like my PSTD had magically switched off. I was able to feel joyful and was able to make better decisions as I felt a deeper connection to my heart. ♥️ I highly recommend working with Nieves, she’s a a great listener and remarkable healer.

I have regularly been visiting Amai Wellness for reiki treatments over the past two years. Nieves has an extraordinary gift with energy movement and has been a profound healer in my life. I have experienced true relief from emotional burdens and have been able to explore greater depths of peace after working with Nieves and reiki.Although our latest visits have been through distance reiki, Nieves is skilled at working with others’ energy from afar, and I have continually been growing and experiencing solace through reiki even through the pandemic.If you are looking to find greater feelings of peace and ease, or a deeper yet loving understanding of yourself, then I whole-heartedly recommend Nieves and reiki - both for in-person and distance sessions.
