Dr Shah, I just wanted to thank you for being such an amazing doctor!! You are so knowledgeable, kind, patient and actually ask questions and want to get to the bottom of things, instead of just throwing out meds or blowing things off. I just want to be healthy and resolve issues, because it’s not always due to one thing, autoimmune, age etc…Could be other things like sleep disorder, hormones or stress, diet and exercise! The doctors here are the best, but the office management of how and what they charge for are questionable. The medical group, meaning the doctors really care about you here, but the owner/CEO of this practice cares only about how much she/he can profit, they care little about your health and will nickel and dime you on every request. I do not recommend this place if you do not mind paying for services other doctors do not charge you for.

I’ve had a great time with the doctors here but the front desk needs better training on being polite. The woman I spoke to, Marie, was so impatient, was not professional, told me to “hold on” about 20 times without explaining why, and didn’t seem like she knew anything about what I was asking. Please train your front desk staff to be kinder, more polite, and more competent. Thank you
