We used other home health care agencies with middling results. Then Tender Rose was recommended to us, and we are so relieved! It is not an affectation to call their staff "Memory Care Professionals" instead of simple caregivers. Not to insult people who are simple caregivers -- sorry -- so many who do this task are true heroes -- but Tender Rose's MCPs have the extra training and personalities to deal with dementia. For various reasons it has been difficult to staff up my uncle's case but the staffing managers are on it constantly. Looking for dementia care for a family member can be overwhelming and difficult. Tender Rose makes this challenging process easy and provides the solid piece of mind that your loved-one is in the best hands and receiving the best care. The Tender Rose team cares for my elderly aunt. She has a team of advocates trained in dementia care who are helping her stay at home.
