Here in Costa Mesa on vacation and decided to get a hair cut. Drove by Phil's and stopped in. What a find! Really nice hair cut and conversation. If I lived here this would be my regular place. Wish I could find someone like Phil back in NY. Thanks Phil!

Phil gave me a great cut that was gf approved. He pays attention to details, takes his time but doesn't waste it. Good convo with a big screen tv watching college football on a Saturday also didn't hurt. I'll be back for sure.
