Who knew tanning could be so easy! My wife and I had a great experience here, starting with the friendly and professional staff. Celeste cheerfully greeted us, carefully explained all our options (memberships, types of beds and lotions) and had us ready to tan in minutes. The tanning beds are clean, comfortable and state of the art. Most importantly, the results are phenomenal!
I had an issue with my account because I had had to cancel my credit card on file due to fraudulent activity on it. I called in super frustrated and, unfortunately, at first I was kind of rude. Tais was SO helpful and SO kind helping me get everything straightened out. I really appreciated her professionalism and patience. In general, I have had nothing but good experiences at the salon! Would highly recommend.
Louis is amazing. I used to live in Vegas and I had a membership there but they couldn't transfer my $120 tan dollars to this location which is absolutely ridiculous BUT... Louis still let me tan despite the situation. So 5 stars for Louis and 0 stars for the fact that tan dollars can't be transferred.
