I had shoulder length hair when I went to Don several weeks ago and told him to cut it short....REAL short! I showed Don a picture of what I wanted and asked his thoughts on whether may face shape and hair texture could handle it. He assured me that it could and he could do the job, no problem. He did it perfectly!. He took an extraordinary amount of time to make sure that the cut was perfect from every angle. Even two ladies who walked in towards the end of my appointment commented on how great my haircut looked on me. I have had my hair done here twice-- once for a cut and color and the other for a cut. Both times my hair came out beautiful. Don takes his time, conversates and really knows what he is doing. When I went there last my hair even looked good as it grew out-- this was over a year ago. The only reason for my 4 star review is because of the wait time. The first time I had an appointment and he took over an hour to get to me. Then my appointment ran for another couple of hours. I spent what felt like my whole saturday there. I went to Don after having a horrible haircut at another salon. He completely rehabilitated my hair. He takes his time...no rush job here and his cut was so easy to maintain. His salon is lovely....the shampoo bowls are the most comfortable I have ever stuck my head in. He also uses a suds less shampoo and a brush to wash the hair...a process that is so completely relaxing. I'm a happy woman.
