Winnie is very patient cutting my hair. This is my first time at Cuts Plus. My hair had grown long. I really would like someone who can cut my hair so it has many layers instead of one length. However, up til today, I could only get that kind of haircut in Hong Kong. I am so happy that Winnie was able to do that. I couldn't able to express exactly how I wanted it, but Winnie was very patient, after each cut, she asked me how I like it, and finally it took 4 or 5 times to finish my haircut. I have been going to Winnie for over +6years. Lost touch during Covid but i am in desperate need of a good , reasonably priced wash & hair cut. Tried others but im glad she is open. Plenty parking which i like. Store tucked back a bit near post office. She & Cindy are both excellent.Service: Hairstyling
I've been getting excellent cuts from my two amazing ladies for over 8 years. Don't be deterred by the shabby state of the strip mall, these are damn good cuts for super cheap.
