    Bought a CT5-V Blackwing elsewhere and there was a recall software update. After an 80 mile drive on a Saturday half of the electrical components failed along with some indicator lights.
    Brought it in to Cadillac of South San Francsco 10 min after service dept. closed on Saturday. Salesman Caleb contacted service rep Alek Karras who took command and put my concerns to rest. At 8am Monday morning car was reprogramed and ready to go. Complements to Caleb, Alek and service manager Gary for excellant customer sevice.

    The staff at Cadillac of South SF made my purchase easy. They detailed my used 350 truck like brand new and delivered it to my house!!! The paperwork was emailed to me and even mailed. They made the whole process a pleasure to do business with.
