I want to give a shout out to Rachel and team. Recently had our septic block up, being totally new to septic had no idea what to do. first guy came out and was able to clear our blockage and get the bathroom working again. We were very greatful. Next needed to have it pumped as was full to the top. the team who came out where polite and professional. They took care of the pumping in a very quick amount of time. What I liked was they were very open to questions so that I could educate myself to be a better home septic owner.
