I made appointment here to get fitted for a specific type of contact specifically dutte lenses I made sure to ask for provider that could fit for these now the optó doctor that saw me was fantastic really liked her ,but I get a call now saying that I have to see a different doctor now to even start ordering the fitment lenses like ????? Wish this would of been told to me from the beginning and given appointment with the proper provider I made this very clear from the beginning when I was making appointment that I was looking to get fit for these specific lenses.

Today I had my first visit here at Cerritos 2020 and it was great. Dr. Mallari was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and efficient. The front desk was very polite and the selection of glasses/sunglasses were amazing. I felt I came out with more knowledge of my eyes than ever. Highly recommend because my overall experience was great and that doesn't happen too often in the healthcare field.

I went for the first time for my eye test. The experience with front desk and the doctor was real good. But for glasses the experience is pretty bad. I was told the person will check the insurance and get back to me. I left my frames with him. He never got back to me and after two weeks I left a message but no response, then again I called after couple weeks, front desk couldn't answer and I told I will come and get my frame, the front desk said ok to come and pick it up, more than a month and no glasses, now I have to go some other optometry for my glasses. I never had this bad anywhere else.
