I’ve been coming here for over a year for gel manicures, and I’m convinced this is the best nail salon in Carlsbad. Great service, friendly and talented technicians. Hana and Tiffany are incredible! I’ve asked for a variety of designs, from delicate line work to chrome finishes, and every manicure has been flawless. Thank you!

I made reservations for my goddaughters and myself. They had us sit there for over 45 min waiting. As customers walked in, they helped them with manicures/pedicures and had my 7 year old sit there waiting for her 1st MANICURE!. I went up to the lady that worked there twice and she pretty much ignored me. She said i will find someone and they can rush to do the job!!. RUSH? really? dont we go to get pampered and not be rushed? I will NEVER go back there again!!Services: Pedicure

Had a pedicure this evening. I brought my own polish so I can touch it up after a few weeks. The chairs are new and it was very relaxing. I would recommend.Services: Foot massages

Super cute, semi good service, but both of my thumb nails done match, the black line on the right is thicker than the left. And it bothers me a lot. Wish they paid more attention. My friend got hers done, it was horrible service. She was in the chair next to me. Her skin started peeling because the lady was filing her finger. She also didn’t get what she wanted because the nail lady didn’t like what she wanted. She wanted red, and she got brown because the lady thought it was “cuter.” I loved my nail lady, but fix your staff and or service. My friend was telling the lady she was filing her finger and she didn’t want brown, and the lady wouldn’t listen. It’s rude and disrespectful to your clients.Service: Acrylic nails

I’ve been coming here for three years which have been fine. However, the last few times have been not so great experiences with huge price increases. The nail technician doing my nails was very rough and blamed me for moving around (I definitely wasn’t moving since just coming from a workout and being a tired mom, I can hardly blink when I get a chance to sit down). She did pull my hand quite hard a few times as well. When she realized my surprised reaction, she changed her tone. But the remainder of the service was uncomfortable. I let it go because we all have occasional bad days. This past time I asked to see two colors from the book because the color sets can be off sometimes. I needed gel on fingernails and regular polish on toe nails. It was like the world ending when I asked. The lady doing my toes asked me at least four times to just get gel on my toes and the manicurist turned rude at that point. I’m a soft spoken person and know I wasn’t being rude or demanding about the small request. In the end, I had neon orange my toes and fuchsia fingernails. Is it too much to ask for similar colors on my nails?!I don’t mind the quick turnaround because I like to get in and out, but the consistent rudeness I can’t do.I do not recommend this nail salon. Drive a few extra minutes for a better experience!Services: Pedicure

My nails are all crooked, misshaped, and not even the same length. Truly horrible experience. I was very communicative and they assured me it would be okay at the end. I eventually just gave up and accepted my fate that the nails were going to suck. No thanks, never again!

Got a fill & a pedicure here. The lady that did my fill cut my hand in multiple spots & kept yanking my arm to pull it closer to her when I was as close as I could be. She didn’t acknowledge When I said “ow” & tried to pull back. She gripped my hand harder & kept hurting me. The lady that did my pedicure, also cut my multiple times & kept digging her nails into the bottom of my feet as she was giving me a “massage”. Both rushed thru them like they couldn’t get done with them fast enough to move to the next person. Wouldn’t recommend going here.
