I sent in my wedding dress and husband's wedding outfits (Indian) OVER A YEAR AGO. I was told the wait would be 6 months. Paid the entire balance and got no response from them. I continued to wait for several months, not hearing from them on any kind of update. It's impossible to get them via phone. Finally, I emailed them (if you choose to do business with them, seems like email is your ONLY option) and for the past month I've just been told "your dresses are almost done".No real updates, no response to asking, "Do dresses typically take a year to process?" 5 Stars really doesn't seem enough!!! Christine, Jen and her team are exceptional. They are responsive, kind, professional and really know what they are doing. I dropped off my wedding dress stained with dirt (outdoor venue), wine, self tanner, makeup etc. and they spend time deep cleaning, stitching up small tears, and helping preserve my dress for years to come. The dress is seemingly spotless and like I could wear it again. It was a challenging material with glitter embedded in the fabric which was a kind of embossed like texture.
