Sales assistant was very helpful and friendly. Your price for cleaning sweaters, particularly the upgrade for a cashmere crew neck, seems quite high. Perhaps if you didn’t use those wooden hangers, you could lower those prices.
Traveling for 12 days of business, in and out of multiple hotels, I realized I had underpacked. Mulberrys was the only one in the area open on Sunday. They did a fine job on my shirts. Even replaced missing collar stays. Everything was on high quality hangers and the trousers were fastened securely to the hanger.
If I was a local, I would use them regularly.
I brought my king size down comforter here to be cleaned. They texted me when it was ready. When I picked it up, it was in a zippered case ready to be stored until the winter months.
Very professional all the way around. I would totally recommend Mulberry’s.
