Trang the owner is really great. Number one, her boutique is clean and trendy. She knew I was a first time customer, and spoke to me afterwards. Trang wanted to ensure that I was happy with my service. I appreciate when owners or managers take the time to ask not only the new customers but every customer about their services/treatments. My pedicure from Lo is awesome! She took the time to carefully clean my cuticles, great polish and massage.

I stopped in here on a whim because most salons in LA still aren't open. La Jolie opened yesterday and mentioned business is slow to return after quarantine closure. They were welcoming and got me in right away and followed all health and safety protocols. The pedicure was great and the ambiance relaxing. I love the high back fuzzy armed chairs. The products they used were quality. I hope these ladies get business to pick up. They are a great a little local salon.

My family and I had a great experience here. We did Valentine spa date and they did not disappoint. This was my daughter's first experience at a nail salon and she had a wonderful time. The staff is very nice and professional, and they treated us like family.
