We've been working with Village Property Management since our JADU was finished back in 2022, and they've been amazing. Our contractor recommended them, and I’m so glad we gave them a shot. Lauren Davilla, the owner, is really down-to-earth and seems to genuinely care about both us and our tenants. They always make sure we get top dollar while finding quality tenants, and their advice has been spot on. If you're looking for a property management team that really has your back, I’d definitely recommend them.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with the property management team, particularly Elizabeth, Lauren, and Stephanie. From the start, they have been nothing short of exceptional. My family and I were moving to Oceanside from out of state, and Elizabeth and Lauren went above and beyond by providing us with a thorough virtual tour of the property before we even arrived. It was incredibly helpful and made us feel confident about our decision to rent here.
What really stands out is their responsiveness. Emails and texts are answered almost instantly, and they’re always proactive about keeping us informed on anything we might need to know. If we ever have a maintenance request, it’s taken care of so quickly—it feels like they’re always one step ahead.
We also recently decided to get a dog midway through our lease, and Elizabeth, Lauren, and Stephanie made the process incredibly smooth. They quickly helped us with all the necessary paperwork and got us set up without any hassle. It really shows how accommodating they are and how much they care about making their tenants' lives easier.
They are also super friendly and approachable, which has made settling into a new area much easier. They even offered to recommend some great spots around Oceanside, which was such a thoughtful gesture since we were new to the area.
I truly appreciate how reliable and kind they are. I never have to wonder when they’ll respond to a message—it’s always fast, and it feels like they genuinely care about their tenants. Elizabeth, Lauren, and Stephanie are absolute rockstars, and I feel so lucky to have them as our property managers.

Lauren and VPM were referred to our family by a friend. From first contact, Lauren was professional and always put our families interests first. When Lauren first toured our property we were impressed with her knowledge, vision, and straight forward approach to what we our options were for renting our property while still making us feel that she valued our thoughts towards our family home. This has been a learning process for our family and she never made us feel that we were not valued through this whole process. Her team, Stephanie, Amber, and Elizabeth are always very responsive and answer any questions that we have had. It has given our family piece of mind knowing that much of the leg work to maintain our property is being taken of by this team.
