Called empire at 3am cause my electric vehicle died he was my third call without hesitation asked for the address was out to me within 15 min. I’m new to electric vehicles had no idea where nearest charge was he suggested on close by waited to make sure it worked. Highly recommend this company if your car ever breaks down great price and excellent service.
After shopping around for a flat bed tow i needed for only 7 mile tow, and dealing with the insane prices of the other local tow companies empire tow had them beat. Best service, and a nice all black truck that looked really cool. Price on point, service on point, communication on point, I would definatly recommend giving them a call if your looking for a tow.
Jonathan presented himself as being prompt, reliable, & polite. He was the best of the best in towing. I have called a few towing companies, he has the LOWEST RATE, as well! I will definitely look for Jonathan, if I need Towing in the future.
