Came in today so my husband could get his hair cut for his first day at a new job tomorrow. He always gets anxious going to a new spot but the hair dresser (I didn’t get his name) was incredibly professional. He went in with an idea of what he wanted but the guy gave him advice on the length and recommended something different, he went with it and I’m so glad he did, it actually came out so fricking good! Danh gave me the best haircut and best wash of my 21 years in life in 2020. I have a random curled strand on my head of straight hair, and he noticed it and cut it off. His attention to detail is astounding. However they are never open now. They open at random times and days since COVID started.

This is the only barbershop/salon I will go to in Berkeley after trying out some of the others that people like. It's not that the others aren't great--they really are!-- but it's the service that always keeps me coming back here. I've had my hair cut here probably over a dozen times as well as got my hair bleached blonde. Danh is usually who I like to ask for, he's a hard worker, very meticulous, and very very kind!
