Carlos and team just completed repairs to my roof, and I'm thrilled with the quality of their work and the entire experience. After I called to request an estimate, Carlos responded immediately, and we were able to schedule the consultation within days. He spent a significant amount of time with me, at our initial consultation, at our contract signing meeting, and after the job was complete, talking with me, looking at my roof, hearing my concerns, answering my questions, explaining a range of repair options that I could consider, and reviewing the work.
