Edit. I had issues. Major ones I would say. However, management was able to ease my burden of uncertainty and reassure me of the protocols in place. Further, management escalated my issues in an affective way and had very great communication. We cant go backward and fix some things but faith has been restored that I will in fact get to collet my son. Thank you to Devin and Sabrina you are the definition of compassion and understanding.
