Something has changed with this company. I have had them for many years and had no problem up until about 6 months ago. They come out and spray right before or the day of a storm. This never happened before. I gave them a few chances but nothing changed so I am going elsewhere.

Subsequent to a change of ownership, Banks Pest Control has become extremely difficult to recommend. They have moved three times in about as many months and the billing department is EXTREMELY user unfriendly. Money has replaced service as the business moto.

I just called to see why my house hadn't been serviced to find out they sent me to collections without ever calling. I don't know what happened but I could've paid them at any time. Legit zero customer service. This has literally blown my mind this morning .
