I have been a client of BCFWH for several years now, I can not recommend them enough. I am always pleased with the results of my treatments; I have received Botox, fillers, laser treatments and Dermasweeps and have all been great. The staff is friendly and professional.

I have only been once, but I actually enjoyed my experience here. I didn't mind the maybe 20-30 minute wait (but I was a new patient so there was paperwork during that time). All female staff which made me feel comfortable and I felt like Dr. Rivera actually cared. She actually talked to me/made sure I'm doing ok/ even gave me a hug! Never have seen a Dr like this. Really surprised by all of the low reviews to be honest.

Not five stars only because sometimes there's a specific nurse that is really rude to me especially today she was along side Dr Jason helliwell. Other than that this is my first pregnancy and most of the other nurses are very understanding and kind. Dr. Helliwell is professional but also quick in his appointments with me sometimes the wait is long but I understand that there is a lot of other patients before me. Most people have complained about not getting medical records, but I had been asked by Helliwell if I had them and if I didn't he always made sure I received the most recent ones given to me at the front desk.
