I called Adrienne in the morning, and she booked a chimney sweep appointment for that afternoon. Early is on time, and on time is late. Jose showed up on time. The 21-point checklist perfectly informed what checked out and what, if anything, was unsatisfactory. Family-owned and operated is a plus.

This is the kind of local business that makes having to spend on home repairs/upkeep easier. They were punctual, informative, friendly, and respectful. After the cleaning and inspection, Quinn sat down and thoroughly explained his findings without trying to push unnecessary services on me. He also shared helpful tips to get best use from my wood-burning fireplace. The cost was reasonable (less than $200 for the inspection and cleaning). I will definitely come back to them for any future fireplace needs.

I have used this company several times and have always been happy with their work. Adrian was flexible with my time for scheduling. Phil arrived on time and was very professional. He wasted no time and got right to work. Phil was great at explaining what he was doing and what noises I would hear in the walls while he was cleaning the dryer vent.
